Quote guide

How quotes work

Every request is reviewed individually. The written quote follows a check of the file, size, material, quantity, and print time.

What we review before quoting

File or reference

A model file, photo, sketch, or clear description gives us a starting point.

Use and material

The intended use helps determine which material and print setup are appropriate.

Quantity and scale

Part size and the number of matching pieces affect the work involved.

Engineering, design and component integration

Custom design, model repair, and integration of bearings, threaded inserts or supplied components receive a separate manual quote.

Timing

Include any deadline so the requested timing can be assessed before work begins.

Consumer prices and the written quote include the standard Dutch 21% VAT. For shipping within the Netherlands, reviewed postage and packaging are added separately before you confirm.

What affects the price

What to send for a clearer quote

Send the 3D file if you have one. If not, send a photo or sketch with dimensions, quantity, color, material preference, and what the part needs to do. For engineering or integration work, include the mating parts, critical dimensions, and any components you already selected.
